SF2Lst - lists the contents of a .sf2 file into a _Lst.txt file
         prep for sf2SFont

right click a .sf2 file and pick Convert_to_Lst in WinExplorer
the .sf2 will get a _lst.txt file created in it's directory.

The presets, instruments and wav stats are listed in this text file.
Use it to determine if the .sf2 file has presets in
  - GeneralMidi format (0=Piano\AcousticGrand, etc.)
  - custom format      (0=just the first preset - WHATEVER type of sound)
